Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the flux-llm.com website and of Flux OS. Flux is currently operated by Vandith BC, an individual (sole proprietor) in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Using this website

You may browse the site, read the documentation and contact us. Do not try to disrupt the site, access it in ways that overload it, or use it to send malware or unlawful content.

2. Flux OS

Flux OS is free software released under the MIT License. The license text in the Flux OS LICENSE file on GitHub governs your use of Flux OS. If anything in these terms conflicts with that license, the license wins for Flux OS.

3. Paid products and services

Flux (the governed gateway), Flux Custom Plans, Enterprise Solutions and Managed SLM Deployment are provided only under a separate signed agreement or statement of work. That agreement sets out what is delivered, fees, support, cancellation and refunds, and it governs the paid work, not these terms. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and there is no self-serve checkout. The plans and pricing page describes each option.

4. Managed SLM Deployment

The base model used for any fine-tuning keeps its own license, and that license applies to the delivered model. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you provide for training. We do not promise any level of model performance beyond what the signed statement of work says.

5. Figures on this site are estimates

Cost-savings, latency and quality figures on this site and in the documentation come from offline or synthetic benchmarks (see the benchmark methodology). They are not measurements of your traffic and not a promise of results. Test any Flux software on your own workloads before using it in production.

6. Model providers

Flux software sends requests to model providers you choose. Their charges and terms are between you and them.

7. Early access

Asking about early access does not guarantee access, pricing or a timeline.

8. No warranty

The website and Flux OS are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. Flux software is not a medical, legal or safety decision system.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or excess model provider charges, arising from your use of the website or Flux OS. For Flux OS, the limitation in the MIT License also applies.

10. Trademarks

Third-party names such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Qwen belong to their owners. Flux is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms, and will update them when Flux is incorporated. The date at the top shows the current version. How we handle personal data is covered in the Privacy Policy.
