Privacy Policy

This policy covers the flux-llm.com website only. Flux the software is self-hosted: when you run it, your prompts, routing data, and logs stay on your own infrastructure and are never sent to us. This page is about what happens when you visit our website.

What we collect

• Waitlist signups. If you join the waitlist, your email address is submitted to a Google Form we control. We use it only to contact you about early access and founding pricing.
• Contact and investor inquiries. The "Contact" page opens your own email client addressed to us — your message and email address land in our inbox (fluxllmdev@gmail.com / vandith@flux-llm.com), the same as any email you send us.

How we use it

Solely to respond to you: to notify waitlist signups about early access, or to reply to whatever you emailed us about. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.

Third parties

Waitlist submissions are processed by Google Forms, subject to Google's privacy policy. We use no other third-party processor for data collected through this site.

Retention

We keep waitlist emails until we've reached out about early access or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Emails you send us are kept as long as normal email retention in our inbox.

Your rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you — email vandith@flux-llm.com and we'll act on it promptly. If you're in the EU/EEA, this covers your GDPR rights; if you're in India, this covers your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
